Kelsey Schueler

Kelsey is a Conservation Policy and Programming Specialist at Environmental Incentives, where she builds clients' capacity to use adaptive management and learning to enhance the effectiveness of their biodiversity programming. Prior, Kelsey worked at the Inter-American Development Bank to integrate the value of coastal natural capital in national development plans and investment strategies in Latin America and the Caribbean. Previously, she conducted socioeconomic research on marine issues at NOAA and engaged with marine and coastal policy through work with the political advocacy NGO Ocean Champions and local government. Kelsey received her Masters in International Environmental Policy from the Middlebury Institute for International Studies at Monterey and her Bachelors in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
