The Women’s Aquatic Network and the Potomac Chapter of the American Fisheries Society are teaming up to get you out on the water this spring. Please join us on Sunday, April 28th from 8:30-12:00 pm at Fletcher's Cove (4940 Canal Rd NW, Washington, D.C. 20007) to make the most of the Shad Run on the Potomac, as we vie to catch “America’s Founding Fish”. Please bring sturdy footwear, fishing gear (if you have it!), and a DC Fishing License. Snacks and light beverages will be provided. Fishing gear will be available to borrow.
